We do not offer refunds on hair extensions, wigs, or any other hair products due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

1. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photos of the item and packaging for verification.

2. Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if the request is made before the order is processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

 

Non-Refundable Items

• Used or altered hair products (including washed, dyed, cut, or installed items)

• Sale items or promotional purchases

• Custom or special-order items

• Shipping fees (unless the issue is due to our error)

Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging intact. Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
