Shipping policy

Cashmere Velvet Hair carefully prepares every order to protect product quality and provide clear delivery expectations.

Processing times

  • Ready-to-ship items: Processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Preorder and made-to-order items: Processed within 7–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During major sales, launches, and holidays, processing may take longer. Tracking information is emailed after shipment.

Shipping methods and estimated transit times

  • Economy shipping: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
  • Standard shipping: 3–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Overnight shipping: 1 business day after dispatch for eligible ready-to-ship orders placed before 12 PM ET, Monday–Friday.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, holidays, address issues, or other carrier delays.

Shipping rates

Complimentary U.S. standard shipping is available on orders of $200 or more. Other shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected method.

Baltimore-area pickup

Pickup may be available for eligible orders. Use code PICKUP only when pickup has been confirmed for your order. The pickup location and instructions will be provided after the order is ready and may vary depending on the order. Please do not travel to a pickup location until you receive confirmation.

International orders

International availability, rates, and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. The recipient is responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Customs processing may cause additional delays.

Tracking and delivery issues

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking activity to appear. Verify your shipping address before completing checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address, additional shipping charges may apply.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, email cashmerevelvethair@gmail.com within three calendar days of delivery. Include your name, order number, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
