By completing a purchase with Cashmere Velvet Hair LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These Terms of Purchase constitute a binding agreement between the buyer (“you,” “customer,” or “purchaser”) and Cashmere Velvet Hair LLC.
1. Purchase Authorization
By submitting payment, you confirm that:
- You are the authorized cardholder or account holder of the payment method used.
- You have reviewed all product descriptions, pricing, and policies before finalizing your purchase.
- You authorize Cashmere Velvet Hair LLC to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes, fees, or shipping costs.
- You understand that fraudulent or unauthorized transactions will be investigated and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, or suspicious activity.
2. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature and hygiene standards of hair products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence at info@cashmerevelvethair.com.
3. Processing & Shipping
- Standard order processing time: 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping timeframes may vary depending on destination and courier.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered is accurate.
- Cashmere Velvet Hair LLC is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email on file.
4. Payment Methods
We accept Shop Pay, Afterpay, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and major credit/debit cards.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you understand how your selected payment method processes transactions and agree to their terms and policies as well.
5. Product Authenticity
All Cashmere Velvet Hair products are 100% authentic raw human hair.
Because raw hair comes from single donors, no two bundles are identical, and minor variations in color or texture may occur. This is a natural and expected feature of genuine raw hair.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you will not file chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals without first contacting us to resolve any issues.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent ban from future purchases and possible legal action for fraud or theft of goods.
7. Custom Orders & Wig Services
All custom wigs, coloring, or styling services are made-to-order and require additional processing time.
Once a custom order has started production, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.
8. Fraud Prevention
For security purposes, Cashmere Velvet Hair LLC reserves the right to request identity verification for suspicious or high-value orders.
Failure to comply with verification requests may result in order cancellation and refund to the original payment method.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cashmere Velvet Hair LLC is not liable for:
- Improper installation or maintenance of hair by third parties.
- Damage caused by bleaching, coloring, or heat styling.
- Allergic reactions or misuse of products.
Use of all products and services is at the customer’s own risk.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from Cashmere Velvet Hair LLC, you acknowledge that you:
- Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions of Purchase.
- Authorize the payment for your order in full.
- Agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.
- Acknowledge that violation of these Terms may result in legal action.
